A Business visitor visa is a temporary visa for people who intend to travel to Canada temporarily for the following business purpose.
- To invest
- To grow business
- Or to advance the business relationships
To be eligible for a business visitor visa, you must:
- Not stay more than 6 months
- Must not intend to enter Canadian labour market
- The Main source of income and business must be out of Canada
- Must have supporting documents for the application
This stream is for visitors who are planning their vacation and want to travel to Canada for tourism purposes. The Canadian Visitor Visa is granted only for a period of 6 months and it could be either single entry or multiple entry visas. Applicants cannot work on the visit visa but, you can travel across Canada for tourism and leisure.

How to apply?
Here is how to apply for a Visitor visa:
- Candidates can apply either offline or online for a Visa application.
- Complete the visa application with the necessary information and documents.
- Complete the payment process.
- Visit the Canadian Visa application center with passport, photographs, and other supporting documents.
- Further, candidates will have to complete the biometrics process by giving their fingerprints and photo.
- Submit the visa application form at the Canadian Visa application center.
- Make sure to get the receipt in order to track the application online using a unique tracking number

How to extend your visa?
Visitors can stay for 6 months or less in Canada. The Candidate can extend their visitor visa in Canada by applying online for a visitor record. In certain conditions, one can also opt for an offline process. You should apply to extend your visa at least 30 days before your status expires.
For the online process, you will need to upload the electronic copies of necessary documents and must have an account to apply online. Use your account to:

- Submit your application
- Check your status
